Year 3 had a great time in our Geography lesson when we had a walk into our local urban village centre.
During our Geography lessons we have recapped what human and physical features are from Year 2.
Our new learning has been based around what 'urban' and 'rural' is.
To investigate the local area we live in, we had a lovely walk down to our village centre. We kept a look out for human features while walking, such as pubs, shops and churches. We even looked out for transport and people to see how busy our local area was.
We were thrilled when lorries keep honking their horns at us to say hello!
Although the walk back to school was tiring up the hill, we enjoyed it all the same!
